Container Gardening
- Just because you live in a small apartment in the urban jungle
doesnt mean you cant grow your own food and herbs.
- Any Bay Area building material re-use center has all the materials
you need to begin a window, balcony, or rooftop container garden.
- Simple designs could include seating planter boxes or simply pots
on the balcony, or hanging planter boxes from windows.
- An old shutter, cabinet door, or planks of wood are all suitable
to use as "shelves" on the outside of your windows.
